Whitney Houston's Rep Responds To Reports Of Bad Health, Poor Performances

Following a National Enquirer story claiming Whitney Houston is near death, and numerous published reports saying her show in Brisbane, Australia was a complete mess, the star's publicist has issued a statement saying her client is just fine.  Kristen Foster released a statement saying, "Whitney is in great health and having a terrific time on her tour and with her fans...her fans were dancing and singing along with her [in Brisbane] and Whitney appreciates their support."  Foster pointed out that over nine thousand people came to see Whitney in Brisbane, and 12,000 showed up to see her in Sydney.

There are numerous clips of Whitney's Brisbane and Sydney shows on YouTube, however, showing her failing to hit notes onstage and sounding out of breath.

There are currently no plans for a U.S. tour, according to Foster.  Whitney is scheduled to be on the road overseas through May.
