Randy Jackson Sued Over America's Best Dance Crew

RANDY JACKSON may not have all the right moves.  TMZ.com reports a man named DWIGHT MCGHEE is suing the American Idol judge and MTV for more than two million dollars, claiming they stole his idea for America's Best Dance Crew.  McGhee, who filed suit last week in Los Angeles, says he approached MTV with a similar show in 2004 called "International Breakerz League," but the network passed on it.  Jackson is the executive producer of America's Best Dance Crew, which kicked off its fifth season last week on MTV.
